With over 20,000 square foot dedicated to repair, PHS has its own machine shop for quicker turnaround of repairs. Our machinist have over 42 years of experience in rod, gland, piston, and tube experience, ensuring the right parts are built meeting or exceeding original factory specifications. 

Where a part proves to be obsolete or is beyond repair or reconditioning, our in-house machine shop can reduce cost and create fast turnaround by manufacturing replacements that meet or exceed OEM specs. 

We maintain close tolerances according to OEM specifications on our mill and lathe work. 

PHS uses the highest quality of induction hardened chrome rod. We stock American and metric IHCP from ½”-7” O.D. American, 12mm-95mm metric. We also stock most American pre honed tubing, metric, and aluminum tube. 

We have experience in machining valves & pumps of every make and model. Repair and machine new hydraulic manifolds, duplicate any OEM cylinder parts. Head, gland, rods, pistons, tubes. 

We can duplicate obsolete or specialized cylinders from a print or sample.
